We’re Pilar and Juanjo, both born in Castell de Castells and founders of Casa Pilar. We’re passionate about our village, its natural surroundings, cuisine, and community. One day, we set out on the adventure of building our dream rural hotel in this stunning corner of inland Alicante. Nowadays, this adventure allows us to share a special place with everyone seeking a peaceful escape in the mountains of Alicante.
