The Arches Route in Castell de Castells
This unique landscape has become one of the most photographed spots in the area and an essential stop for anyone visiting Castell de Castells who enjoys hiking.

What is the Els Arcs Route like?
As you continue along the path, the landscape begins to change and increasingly impressive rock formations come into view.
After a walk of about an hour, you reach the most spectacular point on the route: Els Arcs.
These are two enormous natural stone arches that look like an open gateway in the mountain. These structures have been formed by erosion processes that have worn away the limestone over thousands of years.
The result is a truly stunning landscape that attracts hikers, photographers and nature lovers.
