THE WEATHER AND THE ROAD
The Village
A small village of 480 inhabitants, located in the northern part of Alicante province at an altitude of 550 meters. Castell de Castells lies at the crossroads of the Marina Alta, Marina Baixa, and Vall de Seta regions, surrounded by the mountain ranges of Serrella (1,379 m), Alfaro (1,166 m), and Aixortà (1,126 m). The village still preserves remarkable traces of a fascinating past.
Hiking Trails and More
Explore a variety of hiking routes, such as the historic Correuer Trail, once used to deliver mail from Callosa d’En Sarrià, or the Moorish Route, which leads to the Vall d’Ebo and Vall d’Alcalà. You can also follow the trail to Castell de Guadalest and combine it with visits to nearby coastal destinations such as Calpe, Dénia, Jávea, Moraira, Benidorm, or Terra Mítica—all within a 35 to 40 km radius. A true delight for even the most discerning traveler.
